Parent Pay

At Akaal Primary School we use a cashless system called ParentPay.

ParentPay is very easy to use and can be accessed on a range of electronic devices including mobile phones, tablets and computers.

We use ParentPay to receive payments from you as a parent for the services we provide in school. This means all payments are in one place and you can keep track in the comfort of your own home of any payments that need to be made or have been made.

We use ParentPay for School Meals, After School Clubs, School Trips and much more. We have recently used it for our Snuggle Movie night tickets so people don’t have to root around in the drawers at home for cash.

We also use ParentPay to get permission for school trips, and, as you can imagine this saves us using A LOT of paper.

Once your child has joined school Mrs Davey will ensure you are included on our ParentPay system. You will then receive a letter with your child’s unique code and password on. Input this onto ParentPay and it will prompt you to set your account up using your own email address and password. After this any other time you log on is with your email address and password.

find ParentPay just pop onto google and type in ParentPay. It is normally the first link to come up, then just follow the instructions on the screen.

You can even save your card details on their so you don’t have to find your card every time you need to pay.

Siblings are added to the same account so everyone you have to take care of is in the same place.

Mrs Davey is always on hand to help you out if you are struggling or just need to be shown how to navigate the system.
